Please find below the refund procedures due to the end of CounterSide service.

■ Refund Application Period

  • Friday, June 26, 2026 – Wednesday, September 30, 2026

■ Refund Processing Period

  • Wednesday, August 26, 2026 – Wednesday, September 30, 2026 ※ Refunds will be processed sequentially in the order in which applications are received.

■ Eligible Purchases

  • In-app purchases made through the store between Friday, May 1, 2026 and Wednesday, June 17, 2026 ※ Items purchased during the eligible period are eligible for a refund regardless of whether they have been used.

■ Ineligible Items

  • Items purchased using in-game currency obtained through paid transactions

  • In-game currency and items obtained free of charge through content, events, or other means

■ How to Apply

Please submit your application via the [1:1 Inquiry] on the official CounterSide website, including the following information.

GOOGLE PLAY

  1. Business Registration Number

  2. Screenshot(s) of Payment Receipt(s) ※ If submitting multiple receipts, please compress them into a single ZIP file before attaching. ※ Please attach the payment receipt received via email from the platform store, not a receipt from your bank or payment card provider.

[App Store / Steam] Refunds for App Store (iOS) and Steam purchases cannot be processed through the CounterSide customer support center, as these are subject to each store's own refund policies.

Please attach the payment receipt received from the App Store or Steam and submit your refund request directly through the respective store's customer support.

If you encounter any issues with your refund request submitted to the store, please contact the CounterSide customer support center with a screenshot or other documentation showing the store's refusal, including the rejection message.

■ Sound:Side Sales End Schedule

  • Sound:Side sales end: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 01:00 UTC-5

Sound:Side, currently available for purchase on Steam, will also cease to be available for sale upon service end.

Please note that if Sound:Side is removed from your Steam library after the sales end date, the audio files stored in the associated directory will also be deleted. We recommend saving copies to a separate directory in advance.

HOW TO LOCATE THE SOUND:SIDE LOCAL DIRECTORY

  1. Right-click Sound:Side in your Steam library

  2. Select [Manage > Browse local files]

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Refund requests submitted after the application period may not be processable. Please ensure your application is submitted within the designated period.

  • Applications containing inaccurate information may not be processed.

  • Refund processing involves the cancellation of the original payment transaction. The time required for a refund to be completed may vary depending on your payment method and the applicable store policy.

  • Refund amounts will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
