Dear Survivors,

We are writing to inform you about an issue that occurred after the Summertime patch last Sunday.

We have confirmed that there was an error in the distribution of rewards for the Login Supplies and Zombie Hero Awakening events. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To compensate for this issue, we will be providing the following items to all affected players:

Reward Claim Period:

April 1st (After the maintenance) – April 15th

Please be sure to log in during this period to claim your compensation.

We are committed to providing a stable and enjoyable gaming experience and will do our best to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

While the issue preventing the "Zombie Hero Awakening" event from refreshing was corrected during today's maintenance, we have confirmed that players who logged in before this maintenance may still be experiencing the issue.

For those affected, the event will automatically refresh at 00:00 CEST on April 2nd. Please keep this in mind for your gameplay.
