Patch overview
You can now pick a hero for certain campaign missions. - All campaign missions are rebalanced according to recent defence and eco updates. - Improved pathfinding and unit responsiveness. - Improved map selection in the battle mode. - Various balance changes and bug fixes.

Features
You can pick your hero in certain campaign missions. - Reworked campaign continue UI. - There's an overview of maps in the battle menu. - Added a close-range slam attack for the Mortarmech. - Added sound effects for lake freezing and lava hardening.
Bug fixes
- Stone giants can retreat correctly again. - Revamped flying unit targeting codeWar balloons should work correctly now. - Production pipeline now correctly reduces training duration. - Fixed a visual bug in tornadoes. - Kara now properly spawns her mech. - Fixed an issue where Fahad AI farms would gain fewer resources than they should. - Fixed an issue where upgraded Fahad markets gained fewer resources than they should. - Mines correctly get their team's health colour. - Click-selecting now correctly prioritises your troops over AI troops. - Jet troops can now correctly jump over cliffs (including the Usurper). - Fixed AG-530 from getting stuck in certain animations. - Fixed a rare crash involving spamming the repair button on damaged buildings. - Lightning cast by buildings or units no longer damages their own team. - Dying units are now correctly layered. - Unit animations now correctly slow down according to their amount of chill. - Fixed an issue where targeting units outside of their vision range would not work if there were other enemies nearby. - Fixed an issue where upgrades unlocked by boons would incorrectly show as locked by not having your faction's upgrade building.
Balance changes
Increased war balloon hp. - Reduced mortar mech speed and increased their hp. - Increased Zas Tsa'reen's ability durations. - Reduced Benedict's attack speed buff. - Changed chariot horses to rotate more slowly. Chariots now shoot more projectiles. - Fixed mortars not loading when retreating. - Increased fanatic hp. - Increased crossbowman attack speed. - Slightly increased knight, spider mech, and war golem block chances. - The Usurper's jet ability now damages enemies both on landing and liftoff.
