Added health bars for final boss battles

Unlock check for character and achievement unlocks is more robust
Vulkan is now the default for Linux and Steam Deck. It was OpenGL, which produced some flickering
Mouse cursor showing and hiding is more stable
Fixed
The current passive loadout was not shown correctly in the game
Voice transmissions should no longer play indefinitely
Removed some UI artifacts from Tutorial
Minor UI language race conditions removed, so all menus are the same localization on first entry
Some character names were not recognized during dialogues in Russian, Chinese, and Japanese
No damage boss fight achievement did not recognize damage taken correctly
The level border was not visible in the south of the levels, but damage was applied, confusing players
Many shaders were reworked for better compatibility across platforms
Known Bugs
Highlighting for the permanent upgrade menu needs improvement
Some weapon effect sounds are not always playing correctly
Chinese and Russian texts might contain bold letters within non-bold text
Final level up shows "new" for money and health, even when it was already selected
