addedHello @everyone, I apologize for the lack of updates on the game for the past few months. My family and I were in the middle of moving to a new house. We have been working on the move, landscaping, organizing furniture etc. However, we have not stopped development of Cosmic Coliseum. Since the last update, we have implemented many features that I want to share with you. Below you will find a list of new features and some short videos showcasing them in game. Going forward, I plan to release an update once a month regarding the progress of development. This update will be posted in our Discord, as well as on the Steam Page. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me or leave a message in the general chat. Our current plan is to release 1 more build of the Demo so you can try out all the new features, and then push towards a full release. Our current timeline is looking like early next year for the full release.
addedNew Characters: Fortis: Passive Ability: Xeno Engineering: Summons using a drone that copies all of your abilities. Get another drone every 10 levels. Active Ability: Bubble Shield: Create a shield that protects you from all damage for 10 seconds Letalis: Passive Ability: Lethality: critical hits cause 3 homing bullets to track target. Gain +5% damage/level. Active Ability: Cloak: Turn Invisible. While invisible crit chance is increased by 50% for 5 seconds.
addedNew Weapons: Quad Barrel Shotgun: Shoots 4 bullets for every shot. Projectile multipliers double all projectiles (ex. Extra Shot +1 shoots 8 bullets, +2 shoots 12 bullets, etc.) Bolt Splitter: Shoots a bolt that ricochets off target and splits into 3 more bolts. Laser SMG: Very high fire rate and ammo. Has a small spread. Dual Blasters: Each shot shoots 2 bullets side by side
addedShop Items We have made 20 new items that appear in the in-game shop. This shop will be available at the 5 and 10 minute mark of each arena. 2 of the new items are shown in the video below. (Sunrise Shortly, is an homage to 20-minutes till dawn)
