-Act boss quest areas now have a waypoint

-Cobra monsters in the chaos realm have increased monster levels and changed stats.
-Lightning Fire Lord Nova lights were broken and are now fixed.
-Potion belt now scales properly on lowering resolution
-Uber Skeleton King health/stats shows now up on top of the screen

-The Waypoint interface now scales properly when lowering the resolution.
-Menus now scale properly on lower resolutions.
-The Dark Knight's stats are increased.
-Some collision bugs fixed in Drygrasp Island
