Continuum Keeper changes
First off, thank you to everyone who played Continuum Keeper during Steam Next Fest. We’re really happy with how it went — the feedback, support, and wishlist adds have been a huge help as we continue development.
As promised, here’s the first of our updates on what’s coming next.
Two Core Game Modes (with more ideas in the works)
Observation Mode This will be the main mode of Continuum Keeper. You’ll monitor various locations, watch for Fractures, and report them using a streamlined report menu. The focus is on careful observation, memory, and quick decisions under pressure.
Direct Intervention Mode For players looking for an extra challenge, this mode removes the report menu. Instead, you’ll need to manually click directly on the Fracture itself and identify its type. This mode rewards precision and sharp attention.
We’re also exploring ideas for a possible third mode — we’ll share more about that in a future update.
What’s next
We’re working on more sneak peeks to share soon, including new Fracture types and updated environment previews. We’re also in the process of setting up social media pages so it’s easier to follow along with development outside of Steam. We’ll post links once those are ready.
