On July 24, the Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms World will officially launch.

Before it goes live, we want to talk to you, Warlords, about why our focus this time is on the "World".

In the stories of the Three Kingdoms, victory was never decided rely solely by the number of troops on the frontline.

The ancients often won their battles before they even began. Marching routes, food supplies, changing weather, troop morale, and pre-war preparations—every step could turn the tide of war.

A Territory War With More Than One Way to Win

In past Territory Wars, many victories and defeats were decided right at the city gates.

Whoever had more troops, rallied first, breached the gates first, and withstood the final wave was more likely to capture the fief.

These factors remain important, of course. But warfare in the Three Kingdoms was never just about the showdown at the gates.

This time, we aren't just moving Territory War into the Three Kingdoms era. We want it to become a true strategic war taking place in the World.

Food: The Supply Line Might Break Before the Gates Do

In the Three Kingdoms World, food is not just a consumable; it's the lifeline of waging war.

Warlords will consume rations while marching. Traversing complex terrain like forests, mountains, and swamps increases this consumption. A shortage of food will severely impact army mobility, morale, and sustained combat capability.

  • Food is critical for attacking and defending fiefs. Defenders rely on the city's granaries to sustain their hold.

  • Attackers rely on their main camps and supply lines to fuel the frontline. The longer a siege drags on, the greater the pressure on food supplies.

Therefore, defending a city is no longer just "standing on the walls and holding the line." Protecting supply routes and logistics teams will become key strategic focal points in Territory Wars, outside of the fiefs themselves.

Even for smaller squads, this strategy makes things much more interesting.

They strike the city; you strike their carts.

They rally; you cut off their rations.

They push the frontline; you dismantle their peripheral outposts.

Sometimes, what really causes a siege to fail isn't losing a clash at the gates.

It's a small squad in the rear that successfully severed their supply line.

Morale: A Top Warlord's Morale is Broken? Hunt Them Down!

The Morale system is a crucial, invisible tactical tug-of-war in this World war!

Prolonged food shortages, marching in severe weather, traversing harsh terrain, and consecutive defeats will drain Morale.

When Morale drops to a dangerous level, Unit combat performance will suffer. In severe cases, they may even rout and collapse entirely.

This creates a very interesting experience:

If you catch a strong army when their Morale is broken, you have the chance to defeat a superior force and completely wipe them out.

Previously, if you saw a top-tier team from a massive alliance in the World with zero Unit losses, you wouldn't dare pursue them under any circumstance. But now, you can rethink your approach.

  • Do they have enough food?

  • Did they just finish a grueling battle?

  • Are they marching through bad weather?

  • Has their Morale already been dragged down?

  • Have your brothers already raided their supply lines repeatedly?

If the answer is "yes," then you have a window of opportunity. Wait for their Morale to break, coordinate an ambush, and strip these top players of their Kits, gear, and resources.

Construction: Fighters Are Core, but Logistics Are VIPs!

The First Round of Strategy Before the War Begins.

In the Three Kingdoms World, cities and frontlines are no longer just static maps.

To advance, the attacking side must establish main camps on the frontline to truly push the battle forward.

The defending side no longer just waits for enemies to load into the map. They can fortify fief defenses, set up external perimeters, and prepare timely counterattacks.

Similarly, in past Conqueror's Blade Territory Wars, everyone brought 3-4 core Units and 5 pieces of Artillery. Things are different this time.

  • Teams carrying multiple squads of elite combat Units will inherently be able to carry less food and Artillery logistics.

  • Teams loaded with heavy logistics (like Artillery, trade goods, collective resources, or gathered materials) will inevitably have fewer elite soldiers at their disposal.

This means the roles and value of Warlords with different playstyles will be redistributed.

  • If you love charging the frontlines, become a combat squad: attack fiefs, seize bridgeheads, and hold passes.

  • If you like organizing your allies for transport, become a logistics squad: run the supply lines, deliver Artillery, and sustain the front.

  • If you prefer making profit and moving resources, find opportunities around gathering, transporting, trading, and fief demands.

  • If you enjoy guerrilla tactics, keep an eye on enemy transport routes and find chances to intercept carts, stealing resources, Artillery, and goods.

This is the ecological diversity we want to generate in the World.

Not everyone needs to be a frontline god of war.

You can be the core of combat or the backbone of logistics;

You can be a merchant runner or a grain-raiding bandit.

Terrain & Weather: The Path Dictates the Battle

In the Three Kingdoms World, terrain and weather are no longer mere backgrounds.

They will alter marching routes, vision ranges, supply consumption, and tactical combat choices.

Plains and broad roads are suited for the rapid redeployment of large armies, perfect for frontline rallies and decisive battles.

  • Forests are excellent for hiding, scouting, and setting up ambushes.

  • Mountains, swamps, and riverbanks will restrict both marching and transportation.

  • Bridges, river crossings, and passes will naturally become strategic choke points for contention.

Weather will also shift the tide of battle.

Clear skies offer broad vision, allowing the dominant side to mass troops safely.

Heavy fog, storms, and blizzards will constrict vision, slow down marches, and increase supply pressure.

Under severe weather conditions, the weaker side might just find their opening to strike back.

This means that "when to strike" is just as critical as "where to strike."

Previously, the key question in Territory War was simply: "Who loads in first, and who breaches the gate first?"

Now, you'll have to ask yourself:

Which route is safest? Do we risk trekking through the forest? Should we launch a surprise attack under the cover of fog? Do we need to secure the river crossing first? Should we take the long, safe route to protect the supply train?

How you march dictates how you fight.

That is the authentic warfare experience the World is meant to deliver.

What Can You Actually Do in the World?

We designed Territory War in Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms to be for everyone, not just shot-callers and top-tier duelists.

Every type of player should be able to carve out their own legacy.

  • If you love the frontline: join a combat squad and dive into sieges, defenses, Field Battles, and fief skirmishes. Your job is to shatter formations, breach defenses, lock down key structures, and actively hunt high-value targets.

  • If you prefer playing the mastermind: organize a baggage train. You'll transport vital resources, Food, trade goods, and Artillery wherever the front needs them most. 1A secure supply line can matter more than a beautiful team fight.

  • If you thrive on small-scale chaos: raid Food supplies, snipe enemy camps, tear down outer defenses, and ambush their baggage. You don't need to wipe their main army—you just need to make sure their main army can't fight.

  • If you have a knack for intel: play as a scout. Track enemy movements, predict their real targets, and guide your allies out of traps or right into the perfect ambush.

  • If you are driven by profit: focus on gathering, trading, transport, fief construction, and controlling the flow of resources. The bloodier the war, the higher the demand for resources, leaving massive opportunities for players who understand the market.

  • Or maybe you just want to cause some trouble with your friends: Pitch a tent on an enemy supply line today. Escort your own baggage tomorrow. Slip into the enemy's perimeter under the cover of thick fog. Or wait until that untouchable top Warlord hits a slump, call the boys, and hunt them down.

This is the World as it should be.

There's no single, universally correct way to play.

Instead, the gameplay evolves entirely through player choices.

This is the New Territory War Ecosystem in Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms

War won't just happen beneath the city walls. It will happen along supply routes, in the forests, by the ferry crossings, in the pouring rain, and in the exact moment you and your allies ambush an enemy supply convoy. This is the all-new Territory War in Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms. A total war that truly takes place in the World.
