Dear Warlords,

The brand-new season of Conqueror's Blade, Chaos: A Realm Divided, officially goes live on Friday, June 26. Get ready for new units, a new map, fresh challenges, upcoming anniversary events, and much more in the Chaos: A Realm Divided season!

[Important] TL;DR:

This Season kicks off a bit differently than what you're used to.

  1. Jump Straight into the 4-Star Era

First up, the season begins directly in the 4-Star era. You won't have to grind through a long low-star transition phase—you can jump right back into high-intensity sieges and tactical unit combat. For returning veterans, this means you can hit your stride immediately; for active players, it means fierce, competitive matches from day one.

  1. New Units, Map, and Balance: Day-One Action

Next, the new map [Sishui Pass] will be available right at launch. This formidable stronghold once halted entire coalitions. Between the cooling of warm wine and the clash of blades, the intense attack and defense around iconic figures like Guan Yu and Hua Xiong make this map feel less like a standard siege and more like a visceral, head-on collision ripped straight from the Han dynasty's chaos.

Moreover, this is a double 5-Star unit season. As for the roster, the Yellow Turban Chanters bring unique battlefield support capabilities. The Tiger and Leopard Cavalry charge into the fray with brutal line-breaking momentum. Meanwhile, the White Plume Guards specialize in escorting, defense, and steadily pushing the frontline. With two 5-Star units leading the charge, you'll have clear progression goals and dynamic meta shifts throughout the entire season. The ultimate showdown between the strongest spears and shields of the late Han is about to begin.

Alongside this, a fresh round of unit balance adjustments will drop with the season. This patch focuses on tuning overly oppressive units, improving counter-play opportunities, and making certain troops feel better to command. We want top-tier units to feel fair and underperforming ones to finally have their time to shine. Our goal is to create a dynamic battlefield where you can freely experiment with new setups and strategies, rather than feeling locked into a rigid meta.

To make this experimentation easier, we are turning on zero-cost Doctrine removal for a limited time during the launch window. You can swap your Doctrines to test out new seasonal units, try different setups, and adapt to the fresh meta with minimal penalty!

  1. 7th Anniversary Festivities & Upgraded Rewards

At the start of the season, we're also boosting the base success rate for forging high-tier equipment. With shifting meta and new maps, you'll naturally need to re-gear. We want to lower the cost of getting high-tier equipment, letting you finalize your loadouts faster so you can focus on the actual battles.

Shortly after launch, Conqueror's Blade will celebrate its 7th Anniversary. Last year's festivities—from Summons of Glory and faction events to anniversary packs, unit growth materials, Artillery, Bronze Coins, and exclusive titles/avatars—were a massive hit. While we're still polishing this year's content, we can promise you one thing: the formats you loved last year are coming back, and the rewards are going to be even bigger and better!

Whether you've fought alongside us since the very beginning or just joined the fray, there are exclusive rewards and mementos waiting for everyone. If you missed out on last year’s goodies, you'll even have a chance to claim them this year!

Finally, the highly anticipated global tournament—the CBL—will kick off alongside the new season. This year's league offers even greater honors and prizes. Rally your forces and prepare to fight for supreme glory on the world stage!

Warlords, the realm fractures and the banners are raised.

The new season [Chaos: A Realm Divided] meets you on the battlefield this Friday, June 26.

For more event details and patch notes, please keep an eye out for our upcoming official announcements.

See you on the battlefields, Warlords!
