Added: Kingdom attacks if they hate you.

- FixedTournaments now open when Training ground is built, not TG AND arena. Removed arena requirements.
Fixed: If you are highly skilled in bartering, kingdoms will no longer give you money to buy their resources.
Fixed: Manpower gauge breaking.
Fixed: Trade getting stuck at 100% and not completing.
Fixed: Lowest difficulty was getting bandits. Now does not and kingdoms don't attack.
Fixed: Code clean up that would occasionally break end turn button.
Changed: Buffed Kingdom troops when relations are strong.

Updated: Expanded encyclopedia.
Updated: Bandit icons in the battle map.
Removed: Pricing change was no longer being utilized and was just confusing in trade panel.
