Conduct DELUXE updated to v1.0.1

Hi everyone, these are the patch notes for v1.0.1 This patch contains a handful of fixes all around. Thanks to everyone who contacted us about bugs and issues.

• Camera now moves at a proper speed, no matter the framerate.

• Having a touchscreen available should no longer prevent the mouse from working.

• Fixed an issue on macOS 10.11

• Added missing localizations for all languages.

• Trains/chests from completing the Old West regions should be rewarded properly now.

• Crashing Freight Trains now blow up proper, instead of simply falling apart.

• Level Builder: Crashed cars are properly cleaned up when exiting play mode.

• Level Builder: times larger than 200sec should now display properly on the in-game UI.

• About Northplay screen was showing incorrect text. Not anymore.
