π Community Boosts, Nibbles & Progression Plans | v5.0.30
This update introduces two new optional Community Boosts, prepares the next Community Pet, improves Achievement icons, and includes several interface fixes and improvements.
π New Community Boosts
Two new Community Boosts have been added to the in-game shop.
Any player can purchase these boosts and contribute time to the shared community timers. There is no limit to how much time can be stacked on either boost.
Both boosts are available in:
1-hour bundles β’ 3-hour bundles β’ 7-hour bundles β’ 24-hour bundles
After purchasing a Community Boost, it should automatically activate for all players within a few minutes. Please allow a short amount of time for the purchased boost time to appear in-game.
β‘ Global Surge
While Global Surge is active:
All online players click 20% faster β’ All online players receive a temporary 2Γ Player EXP multiplier
The global click total increases faster because every online player personally receives the 20% click-speed boost. The boost does not simply add extra clicks directly to the global total.
When Global Surge activates, the global text will change theme and display an animated wave effect.
Players who prefer reduced visual effects can simplify or disable Global Boost activation animations through the General Settings menu in the bottom-right corner.
π± Collective Growth β Community Pet EXP Boost
While Collective Growth is active:
The currently equipped Community Pet gains EXP at 3Γ speed β’ Player-owned pets gain EXP at 2Γ speed
Each purchased hour of Collective Growth also permanently adds +10% Community Pet EXP gain, or an additional 1.1Γ multiplier.
This permanent multiplier is applied to the Community Pet equipped when the boost time is purchased. It remains attached to that specific Community Pet after the temporary boost timer expires.
πΎ Nibbles Is Waiting to Hatch
A new Community Pet named Nibbles is waiting to be hatched!
Nibbles will hatch when the community reaches the next major milestone:
50 billion global clicks
As we begin introducing multiple Community Pets, we are also planning a weekly Community Pet voting system.
Players will be able to vote on whether to:
Keep the currently equipped Community Pet β’ Switch to another unlocked Community Pet
The communityβs winning choice will automatically take effect in-game the following week.
π Achievement Icon Improvements
Several Achievement icons have been updated and improved.
Improved multiple in-game Achievement icons β’ Updated and improved several Steam Achievement icons
π§ Auto Clicker Fleet Display Fix
Fixed an issue with the Auto Clicker Fleet panel when the next available level-up belonged to a clicker that was already maxed beyond level 100.
The panel will now display the speed increase from the nearest Auto Clicker that can still be upgraded.
π¬ Button Blessing Battery Fix
Fixed the Button Blessing battery incorrectly displaying over the mailbox.
The battery now correctly appears behind the mailbox.
π³οΈ Future Community Features
More community-driven systems are planned for future updates.
Community Goals
The community will eventually be able to work together toward shared objectives and rewards.
For example:
Hatch 100,000 Common Eggs as a community and every player receives three Egg Catalysts.
The exact goals, requirements, and rewards are still being developed.
Community Polling
The previously mentioned polling system will also be used to collect direct player feedback regarding:
Future content direction β’ New features β’ Balancing decisions β’ Community events β’ Other development choices
ποΈ Planned Pet Training Center
We are also exploring a new long-term progression system called the Pet Training Center.
The current concept would allow players to assign pets to training sessions.
Training would consume duplicate or Wild Pets β’ Each training session would take time to complete β’ Every completed training level would permanently strengthen that pet β’ Higher levels would require more wild[dupe] pets β’ Higher levels would also take longer to complete
The goal is to give duplicate pets a meaningful long-term purpose while creating a progression system that players can continuously work toward.
β οΈ Development Notice
Additional work is still being completed on the visuals and presentation of the Community Boost system.
Balancing adjustments, visual improvements, and mechanical changes may occur as the system continues to develop.
