First of all, thank you all for playing our game and giving feedback on it, unfortunately the demo wasn't as ready for public players as we hoped, but hopefully this patch fixes most of the issues you had.

This patch is a big one, most notably easing the starting difficulty:

  • First quota starts a day later, having an extra day gives your extra time to setup your block

  • Extra worker from start. one more worker at the start for a total of 6

  • Science reward from completing quota increased to 75

  • Quota increase for each competition reduced by 30%

All of these changes combined should make the first quota a lot easier to fulfill and give you extra resources going into the next quota!

Another big update is the building production filter! Found on top of the personnel folder, filter menu allows you to quick filter out buildings based on their output. You can even select multiple resources at the same time and see all buildings producing at least one of them!

Personnel folder has been reworked to with the filter system to be more performant!

With the rework comes a rework personnel folder tabs, instead of showing all buildings that can have their respective worker/scientist/engineer working in there, it now shows buildings with currently assigned personnel assigned to them!

Worker assignment has been slightly changed to speed up removal, allowing for one click to clear personnel.

Fishing hut has had its maximium workers increased to 2 and output doubled!

  • Overall this change changes nothing for the buildings performance per worker

  • Allowing two workers on a single hut can double the previous production speed while saving space

This change is aimed to balance out maps with low water areas, where placing high amounts of fishers weren't an option and balance the building/clicking requirement to be more along with other first tier production buildings

Smelter has an alternative production cycle with engineers!

  • Two engineers complete the production cycle in the same time as 3 workers, but they produce 2-3 metal bars from 2 coal & 2 ore

  • Overall this is more time & resource efficient production, but the engineer requirement can be a heavy investment in a larger scale

This patch also contains a few fixes to minor rarely occurring bugs
