Permanent Mute: Players you mute will remain muted even if they leave and re-join.
Muted Players on Stage now visually show that they are muted
Kicked players cannot re-join the room for 15 seconds, with re-kick time increases per instance for that room (e.g., 15, 30, 45 seconds).
Increased size of room notifications.
