☣️ When civilization collapsed most names were lost to history. But not all of them.

Some names survived. Some became streets. Some became businesses. Some became landmarks remembered by survivors long after the fall.

In Colonies of the Remnant you have a chance to become part of that world.

🔍 Throughout development hidden codes will appear within COTR. Players who discover and successfully submit these codes may have their chosen identity added to the world of COTR through future updates.

You decide how you want to be remembered.

You may choose:

• Your first name • Your full name • Your nickname • Your Steam username • Another name of your choice

🏙️ Successful participants may have their chosen name assigned to locations such as:

• Streets • Shops • Buildings • Colony districts • Landmarks • And other places across the world of COTR

📜 We are also creating a dedicated in-game archive to preserve the history of those who helped shape the world. This archive may include successful participants, where their chosen name was placed and additional details about their contribution to the world of COTR.

Players may also choose to submit a profile image that may appear alongside their entry within the archive.

🌎 Participants may also be featured through Steam events, community channels or ColoniesOfTheRemnant.com allowing the community to follow the expanding history of the world.

🧩 For those paying close attention there is currently a single hidden code somewhere within the demo waiting to be discovered. This system is not limited to the demo.

The question is who will be among those who uncover it.
