Small bug fix

Thanks to the community feedback received, our first round of bug fixing has gone into the game.

• Prevent player falling through the ground near the graveyard.

• Recover existing save files for players that have experienced this issues.

• Preventive work to stop this occurring in other places.

Looking forward, we will focus on improving the documentation and explanations in the puzzles and any other reported bugs.
