New Features

  • Fast-forward: from the Organizer, run time in fast-forward up to the next month or the next important event — the simulation keeps running (development, deadlines, events) and stops the moment something needs you.

  • Employee filter: filter staff and applicants by job title, language, status and health from one shared filter bar across both tabs.

  • Optimised saves: smaller and now language-agnostic — mails always appear in your current language instead of the one they were saved in.

Redesigned Panels

  • Employees: split into Staff and Applicants tabs, with tooltips for health and motivation.

  • Office: section tabs for the dashboard plus hardware-manufacturer tabs (Intel/AMD/Apple).

  • Clients: a tidier layout, the whole card is clickable, aligned detail values, reputation-by-type bars on one line, and hover highlighting.

  • Languages: a proper multi-column grid.

  • Market: the whole project card opens the details.

  • Settings/Pause: organised into sections and tabs, a resolution picker, and identical main-menu and pause settings.

  • Finance & Statistics: a clearer overview.

Improvements

  • Employee training is significantly faster.

  • Own products are now worth building and simulate real market behaviour — sales scale with your company and updates boost them.

  • Freelancers are now worth it as a short-term stand-in, without the oversized price tag.

  • Higher payouts for maintenance contracts.

  • Fairer early economy: more starting capital, a cheaper first hire, and a milder reputation hit when a project fails.

  • Promotions now noticeably speed up an employee's work.

  • The settings now explain what events and coding events do.

Bug Fixes

  • Overviews no longer clip at the top (balance, income), and charts leave headroom above the bars.

  • The employee filter no longer overlaps the tabs.

  • Lists and menus highlight consistently on hover.

  • Office: only the matching next tier triggers an upgrade.

  • Pause is lifted again when a coding event ends quietly.

  • Market: the amber warning for 'no employee assigned' shows correctly.

  • The 'new mail' notification shows the subject again.

  • Maintenance contracts no longer penalise you for 'no work done' in a month where nothing was due.
