New Features

  • Historically accurate currencies — each country now starts with its own real currency (DM, FF, ¥, $ and more). Eurozone countries automatically transition to the Euro in 2002, complete with a special notification.

  • Confirmation dialog for expensive purchases — office upgrades, hardware, equipment, new locations, and language & framework unlocks now ask for confirmation before spending your money.

  • Project difficulty labels — market cards now display Easy, Medium, Hard, or Expert difficulty next to the required skills, so you can pick projects that match your team's abilities.

  • Speed keyboard shortcuts — press 0 to pause, 1/2/3 for normal/fast/fastest speed. Only active when not typing in a text field.

  • Cancel employee training — you can now abort ongoing training to free up workers immediately. No refund, but the employee is available right away.

Improvements

  • Bug count now meaningfully affects reputation on project delivery — ship clean code for bonus reputation, or deliver buggy work and risk losing it.

  • Project cards show a payment penalty preview for open bugs (e.g. "Bugs: 5 (-15%)"), so you always know what's at stake before delivering.

  • Reputation changes are now displayed in delivery notifications (color-coded) and in completion emails.

  • Hardware can be freely switched back after the first purchase — no more paying twice for hardware you already own.

  • The product wizard now uses a proper text input field.

  • Team panel now shows why a worker can't be assigned — training, sick, burnout, already on another project, or doesn't know the language. The assign button is disabled with a clear reason.

  • Project market warns when no developer is available for a project's programming language.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed tutorial steps skipping or cascading — each step now stays visible for at least 1 second before advancing.

  • The project market now has initial offers available on day 1 — no more arriving at an empty market during the tutorial.

  • Tutorial development steps now correctly require an active project before advancing.
