I'm happy to release the first larger patch for Code Arcturus. v1.1.0 includes:
Balance changes
- Two difficulty settings added to the level selection screen"Rebalanced" and "Original". The Rebalanced option is the new default and recommended for new players. But you are free to switch to the Original difficulty at any time, to experience the game in it's original "glory".
Removed some especially annoying spike ball obstacles and enemies in level 5
Lowered the spawn rate of enemies in level 6 by 50%
Removed some especially annoying rocket enemies in level 7
Lowered the spawn rate of enemies in level 9 by 25%
Reduced the star requirement for the final boss from 25 to 20 stars
Technical upgrade
Updated the engine to Unity 2020.2.2f
Various stability improvements
