addedAdded a new panel, "Controls" this is for showing all the different controls for CC2k99, there are plans to make it customizable.
addedBuffed piercing projectiles initial minimum speed needed multiplier, starting at 10x minimum speed they now start piercing, compared to the initial 15x speed needed. Each 5x speed increase adds another piercing projectile max hit.
