Clutch Legend: FPS Career Simulator changes
Hi Legends,
just a quick update to let you know that starting tomorrow, July 2, I’ll be outside Italy until July 9.
During these days I won’t be able to properly work on the game or release new updates, but I’ll still do my best to check Discord in the morning and/or in the evening, reply to questions, collect feedback and keep following the discussion as much as possible.
First of all: the Chinese translation of Clutch Legend is basically ready. There are still a few final checks to do, but the work is almost complete and, when I return, the game will also support Simplified Chinese.
Alongside that, I’m also preparing a smaller patch focused on the national teams and World Cup system. The goal is to make the World Cup structure more realistic and more consistent with the actual strength of the countries and their club players. This is not the final version of the system, because the World Cup will receive a much deeper review with patch 1.3, but it should already improve balance and credibility quite a lot.
From July 10, I’ll start working with full focus on the next major update:
Patch 1.3 - MASTER AT ARMS
The main areas I want to work on are:
a deeper review of the live match economy, especially around weapon and utility choices in Call the Shot;
the introduction of a weapon mastery system;
improvements to the 2D match flow and movement;
further work on roles, performance impact and player identity;
UI improvements for some key screens;
continued balancing of World Cup, national teams and long-term career progression.
As always, I’ll try to keep the game moving in a direction that feels more realistic, more readable and more rewarding across long careers.
Thanks again for all the feedback, reports and suggestions. A lot of the recent and upcoming changes come directly from your comments, and that really helps me understand what needs to be improved first.
See you soon
Federico
