PATCH 1.0.2
a. Orphaned team after a transfer. If you transferred to a new club exactly while the leagues were reshuffling between seasons (promotions and relegations), you could end up registered in the wrong league: missing team data, an incomplete roster and broken standings. This is fixed, and saves already affected are repaired automatically when you load them, with no loss of career progress. Prime and retirement reworked. The prime and retirement mechanism is now driven by age (minimum 26) and the OVR/potential ratio, so a young phenomenon no longer peaks and retires too early. Saves affected by the old behavior are repaired automatically on load.
b. World Championship flow, when you're called up. The call-up sequence was out of order and could be confusing. Now week 28 opens straight with the call-up screen, followed by the pre-tournament with the 32 nations and the host city (which previously always showed "TBD"). Only then, back on the dashboard, the Worlds announcement appears, and confirming it opens the bracket. The flow for players who aren't called up is unchanged.
c. Double-played World Championship match. The bracket could stay clickable behind the match screens, so an accidental click on the play button while a match was already underway could start it twice. The button is now locked while a match is in progress.
d. Season prize money not always awarded. In rare cases tied to the wrong-league bug above, your end-of-season prize money could fail to land. Standings are now recovered from the correct league and the prize is credited anyway.
e. Implausible transfer offers. A just-promoted team could pitch you a tier far above your league or one your rating was too low for (for example jumping straight from Open to Premier). Offers now respect both a tier-distance limit and a minimum rating plausibility, without breaking the natural overlap between adjacent tiers.
f. Pre-match and post-match are now full-screen. Both screens used to sit in a small scrolling window. They now fill the screen, with the action button anchored at the bottom, for a clearer read of line-ups, stats and results.
g. Automatic interface scale. Auto scaling now adapts to your resolution: 110% on 16:9 displays (1080p, 2K, 4K) and a slight increase on taller formats like 16:10. If you set the zoom manually, your choice is kept. The slider is still in the options.
h. High-resolution tooltips. On 4K, 5K and ultrawide displays, tooltips stayed tiny and ignored the interface scale. They now scale correctly with the screen.
i. Various fixes and polish. Country dropdown clipping in character creation above 100% scale; Lifestyle service cards now show the one-time activation cost next to the weekly one; locked early-season sections now state which season they unlock in; avatar beard and moustache now match the hair color; patch notes screen scrolling fixed; and the anonymized data export was removed from the options.
