Dear Agents, Who have been supporting Closers over a decade,

I am Lee Hyun Soo, newly appointed as the PD of Closers. It is both an honor and a profound responsibility to assume this role at such a pivotal moment, as we lay the foundation for the next decade of Closers’ journey.

My commitment is not to represent the development team at NADDIC Games, but above all to safeguard the long-term satisfaction of our Agents.

I pledge to listen attentively to your voices and, in turn, to share our perspectives with you through diverse channels.

Together with the development team, I will strive to ensure that Closers continues to bring joy to your daily lives, and that these moments of enjoyment grow in both quality and duration, reaching even more Agents.

I will devote my utmost efforts so as not to become a nuisance to either the development team or to you, our Agents.

Rather than pursuing sweeping changes all at once, we will focus on steady, meaningful improvements over time, step by step.
