We would like to clarify our recent announcement regarding the removal of unused N-coins from inactive accounts.
After careful reconsideration and listening to your feedback, we have decided not to proceed with removing N-coins from inactive accounts.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and concern caused by our previous notice. That decision was misguided, and we understand it did not reflect your perspectives or the trust you've placed in us.
We acknowledge our mistake and take full responsibility for it. Please rest assured: your N-coins are safe and will not be deleted.
We remain committed to building practices that center around your experience and trust. Thank you for your understanding.
