Event Schedule

From April 7th - April 21st, every Monday at 6:00 AM UTC, ends every Monday at 5:59 AM UTC.

• 1st Event Image: April 7 at 10:00 AM UTC - April 13 at 11:59 PM UTC

• 2nd Event Image: April 14 at 10:00 AM UTC - April 20 at 11:59 PM UTC

• 3rd Event Image: April 21 at 10:00 AM UTC - April 27 at 11:59 PM UTC

Event Rules & Participation

• A mysterious image will be announced in the #edit-challenge-event channel every Monday at the Official Closers Discord Server.

• Participants must download the provided image.

• Get creative! Transform the image into something funny, unexpected, or completely absurd.

  • You may use any editing tools such as Paint or Photoshop.

• Submit your edited image in the #event-entry channel along with 4 requirements:

  • Your Closers Name

  • Your Character Name

  • A title or short caption explaining your edit

  • A mid-progress image/photo/video showing the development of your entry.

• No AI-generated or AI-edited submissions.

• The Management Team reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of community guidelines.

• This is a light-hearted event, so please be respectful of other participants' work.

Winners will be chosen based on the following criteria:

• Creativity (50%)

  • How original, funny, or out-of-the-box is your edit? Surprise us! Whether it’s absurd, clever, or just plain weird, creativity is the heart of this challenge.

• Relevance (30%)

  • Does your edit clearly use the provided image and fit the theme of the event? We are looking for edits that stay connected to the source material while still going wild with it.

• Community Vote (20%)

  • All entries that are posted in the #event-entry channel are open for voting. The number of ❤️ reactions your submission gets will help boost your score. Note: only ❤️ reactions are counted!

Winners Announcement & Giving of Rewards

• 1st Event Image: April 14 at 8:00 AM UTC

• 2nd Event Image: April 21 at 8:00 AM UTC

• 3rd Event Image: April 28 at 8:00 AM UTC Rewards will be provided within an hour after the winner announcement.

Event Info & Rules

• New participants can get bonus to their total score, giving everyone a fair shot at winning and keeping the competition fresh and fun! Event rules will still apply.

• No explicit contents are allowed to be seen in the entry. Any entry that can make others feel offended or uncomfortable will be removed with or without permission from Closers Online Operation Team.

• Once an entry has been submitted, players agree to have their work published publicly on our official channels (Website, Steam, and SNS).

• If you have submitted more than one entry, we will only refer to the first entry submitted.

• If you need to change or edit your entry or post, remove your first entry, then re-submit it again before the event ends.

• Closers Online Operation team can remove unrelated entries or discussions.

• Closers Online is not liable for any violation of copyright or intellectual property. Any violations will be assumed by the event participant.

• Event details, rewards, and schedules may change or be cancelled based on circumstances. Please check the official website or in-game
