Closers changes
Recruitment for the new batch of the Closers Player Council (CPC) is now open, running from October 2024 until next year. Previous council members, including those from earlier batches, have been helpful in identifying issues and voicing community concerns. For this new batch, we look forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces!
For those unfamiliar, the Closers Player Council is made up of players like you! As official Closers World admins, we communicate with the council to discuss ongoing concerns, report in-game issues, and assist fellow Agents.
If you feel you can contribute to this community, please feel free to submit your application, which will be reviewed by our team.
All CPC applicants must meet the following requirements and be willing to take on the following tasks.
| [color="#89CFF0"] Requirements [/color] Must be a player on the Closers World server with at least one character at the current maximum level. Must stay up to date with Closers World server events and patch updates. Should have a basic to deep understanding of Closers Online. Must be able to communicate well in English. Must have a basic understanding of navigating Discord. No in-game infractions within the last 12 months. Veteran players of Closers are highly preferred. Must not share CPC group discussions or in-game reports outside the group until they are ready to be publicly announced. Knowledge and ability to enforce community rules (issuing warnings, muting, or recommending bans if allowed). Can look at things carefully, share ideas clearly, and be open and understanding with others. |
| [color="#89CFF0"] Tasks [/color] Interacts with players and communicates clearly. Helps and guides players about Closers, answers questions, and creates a positive atmosphere. Sets a good example in-game and on other platforms (like Steam, Forums, Facebook, etc.) Knows the community guidelines, can handle conflicts between users, and enforces rules calmly when necessary. Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with other players. Assisting players in other Closers community platforms such as Forum, Steam, etc. is not mandatory but it’s an advantage. Working together with Naddic staff and other CPC members when needed. |
All CPC applicants must meet the following requirements and be willing to take on the following tasks.
Keep confidential or sensitive information within the CPC to avoid leaks of information regarding content in-game or player-base-related.
If there is any action that is considered to affect the game service, there may be arbitration by Naddic.
Inactivity in CPC activities or Discord moderation may result in reduced benefits (Please refer to the FAQ below).

All submissions will be reviewed by the Naddic staff. Once the CPCs are selected, their names will be announced, and the Naddic staff will contact them via Discord.
Recruitment is for a limited time, and only applications submitted within this period will be considered.
A maximum of 5 members will be accepted.
Anyone can apply as long as they meet the requirements and willing to take the tasks. Previous CPCs may reapply for the next batch.
If I become a CPC, will I have direct contact with the Naddic support team?
