Click Me Harder changes
First of all, if you think AI is new, watch this clip from a show in 2019:
And then realize that ChatGPT was made public in 2022....
So a couple of things, disclosing that I used AI is optional. I don't exactly have to disclose if I'm using AI or not by LAW but by Steam policy, you're supposed to. So I choose to follow Steam policy to the teet, but not all developers will feel this way, plenty will ignore this part of the content survey as its not a legal requirement, and Steam isn't exactly fact checking it.
There's NOTHING wrong with using AI to write code at ALL, its been done, as I said and as SHOWN in the video above for nearly (if not over) a DECADE now, regularly. I understand the heated arguments and emotional outburst from people about the art, but the sad fact of matter is the people who are coming to me emotionally charged about AI "killing art" are the same type of lazy couch potatoes that don't want to actually lift their own hands to draw something to be submitted for this game and possibly rewarded financially.
I would LOVE to pay artist a few USD a icon, but most people aren't jumping to do this for me. The reality is most "artists" have never sold art, never want to, and are extremely afraid to sell their hobby. I would love to draw all of these girls myself, but I'm only a human, my drawing skills are sub-par at best and as mentioned, finding people to literally pay to do work is harder than you think. Most people want to be handed hundreds of dollars for minimal effort, the idea of having to actually work a little to make a buck doesn't excite about 99.9% of people. Maybe I'm no better for making a low effort "cash grab" but then again, at least I'm making something.
