Our incredibly talented environment artist, Raccoon, has poured her heart into this new world.

Japan was a natural inspiration, not only because it’s a place she deeply loves (and plans to revisit soon), but because several members of the team have shared memories and references from their own trips there. It’s a collective inspiration.

Raccoon focused on capturing the beauty of endemic vegetation: bamboo forests, towering trees, soft moss-covered landscapes, recreating their atmosphere with care and respect.

Visually, she also drew inspiration from the soft, gentle rendering styles of games like Genshin Impact and Palia, as well as the poetic worlds of Hayao Miyazaki.
