On a road-traffic claim, the police report, the CCTV analysis, the body-shop estimate and the hospital evaluation describe the same collision, from the same angle. If they disagree now, that means something. Unfilled template fields are gone. Dates, the claimant's vehicle, reference numbers and insurer names are real values, generated per case and consistent across every report in the folder. The National Insurance Database no longer returns the same record for every claimant. Risk scores, claim histories, prior settlements and query dates are unique to each person you investigate. Two claimants in a row will no longer share a name.

The core promise of Claim Denied! is simple: read the file, spot the contradiction, stamp the verdict. That only works if you can trust the paperwork — and until now, you couldn't. Placeholder fields, duplicated records and documents that disagreed with each other for no reason meant the smart play was to ignore inconsistencies entirely. That's the opposite of the game we're making. This update fixes that from the ground up.

"Call Policyholder" now does what it says
The action that used to hand you a hospital trauma report has been replaced by Request Medical Report, which asks the treating hospital for its injury evaluation. What you click is what you get.
