Hello! I'm happy to write that some very generous players have been localizing Chroma Zero into a number of languages. It's a fan/community effort so I don't want to promise any timelines, but things are going well and I expect to release a number of localizations by the end of May.

changedFrom the code side of things, Unreal Engine has a really nice set of localization tools that power everything, and I've already adapted the game to work with it. Other aspects like the Menus, in-world text, color vision deficiency text, etc. are also working well.
changedOn the translation front, currently translations in Simplified Chinese and Polish are done, so we'll start testing there. A number of other languages are making great progress as well, but I will mention them as they're completed.
