changedv1.0.11 - 2018-01-04 Very minor update. This week we swapped out the board break and cinder break sound effects. Since our first iteration on SFX, we've really struggled to find sounds that give you satisfying feedback without distracting from the music that is playing. So much that we went through 2 version numbers before deciding to release! Traditional sounds of chopping boards and breaking concrete are just too harsh and too detailed for them to feel natural in a rhythm game. So, here we have our second pass. The sound effects come from the "sticky" sound of axes chopping wood, and heavy sacks of powder dropping on the floor. The sounds are present enough to give you noticeable feedback, but are not sharp or detailed, making sure they do not distract from the music. I'm liking them better than our first pass so far, and the feel is similar to what you see in other rhythm games today. Let us know what you think!
