  • Q: If I pre-order, when will it arrive?

    • A: Pre-ordered items are scheduled to ship in late July.

    • Note: "Shipping" begins from Japan in late July, so the actual arrival date will vary depending on your region.

  • Q: If I can't pre-order, when can I get the items?

    • A: While we can't give an exact date yet, regular orders will open in the near future. There are no pre-order exclusive items. However, please note that shipping for regular orders will begin at least a month later than pre-orders.

  • Q: Can I purchase from outside of Japan?
