Repeated intro
Hello everyone! There is new version on the Next branch. Main focus was on polishing Personnel UI, so there are new tooltips and info in existing tooltips (planet, unit). You can assign captain from military panel now and double-click on person will show planet or unit. I'm still working on personnel AI. This update is not compatible with previous versions.
