Cosmetic Updates and More

-Mission 2 was too difficult for being the 2nd map in the game. Adjusted the positioning of the bishops to be more useful at the end of the game. -Mission 14 could be won too easily by using King's Command.

fixedMission 2 was too difficult for being the 2nd map in the game. Adjusted the positioning of the bishops to be more useful at the end of the game. -Mission 14 could be won too easily by using King's Command. Adjusted the positioning of the knights to be less powerful at the start of the game. -Enemy Ability artwork will display for 1 second longer upon using an ability in game -Pawn promotion by reaching the other side prompted a piece select screen to choose king, queen, rook, bishop, knight, but also a blank card that did nothing. Removed. -Some Abilities' orders in the Move History screen listed as activated after capturing a piece rather than listed before (Command, Seize, Authority, Joust, Squire). Fixed. -Walls are now colored gray rather than black and white. The coloration served no purpose and were confusing to some. Gray looks more like a static obstacle.
