We’re pleased to announce that additional cross-play features for Chess Ultra have arrived in a new update! Chess Ultra players on Steam can now play seamlessly with friends on Epic Games.

addedChess Ultra players on Steam can now play seamlessly with friends on Epic Games. You can also choose which friends list to play with and, for multiplayer matchmaking, you’ll find a larger pool of players to connect with across both Steam and Epic Games.
changedThis update also includes performance and optimisation improvements, as well as a fix for a recently reported issue that was impacting players with Intel 11th Gen (and up) CPUs running Windows 11.
