improved bot

I have recently updated the rules, so that when a pawn can capture an opponent, it has to perform that capture.

This means that a player can intentionally place a piece to force a capture, which could in turn make the opponent in a more precarious position.

Until now, the bot was not taking advantage of this. But it does now, and it makes it even more challenging to beat.
