Further increased the positive impact of participation on youth training quality.

Fixed an issue where dragging the substitute bench in the first team/match/national team tactical panel would sometimes completely block the left-side tactical content; now set to 90% opacity.
Fixed the issue where liquid nitrogen therapy and victory fruits would not appear in the shop in some saved files (requires starting a new save).
Fixed the issue where players on loan could be sold through the exchange.

Added a new avatar modification feature, allowing users to upload custom avatars to replace existing player avatars (available in the first team list).
Optimized the fan acquisition logic, granting a batch of fans upon team league promotion or championship win.
Fixed the issue in the marketing interface where, if a disbanded team existed locally, the related team data could not be loaded correctly.
Added tips for the issue where completing marketing milestones required clicking to claim rewards but was not obvious.
