I'd like to address some issues that people have been experiencing.
Some of the main criticisms that I've seen is that the character slides too much. I slightly increased the friction in the last patch to address this, but if the game still feels to slippery I'm willing to change it again. Let me know if you'd like to see this changed.
The game frequently experience frame drops that seem to be universal to all hardware. As far as I can tell, this is likely caused by the way OpenGL caches Godot's particle effects. I'm hoping to fix this when Godot 4.0 is released.
