For now the game was mostly tested with Xbox gamepads.
PlayStation gamepads and other types of controllers may not work or may work with errors.
While I'm working on the solution you can try the following setting.
While in game open Steam overlay and press gamepad icon (Controller Settings) > Enable Steam Input (if disabled) > Current Button Layout > Choose Gamepad and press Apply Layout
