There's now an "unlock all" option on the menu that unlocks everything, skips the tutorial, etc.
Speaking of tutorial - it's had a lot of work done recently. Please let us know what you think!

Medevac, taxi missions, and delivery missions are all available and working pretty well
There are photography badges to earn, as well as several racing badges
