Numerical adjustment

Soldier unit 1-D-type lv2 soldier need more ore to spawn

Player skill 1- Army accelerated CD reduction 2- Front-end cannon CD reduction, power increase

Mineral cube 1-F-type lv2 blocks group changed from X (nothing block) to electricity block.

Monster adjustment 1- The Super Giant's attack output is reduced 2- Slinger's attack output is reduced
