Casual Pro Wrestling changes
This patch addresses a few performance issues, applies some minor changes and fixes a few bugs. It should conclude the line of 0.18 patches, i.e., I shall start working on gameplay now! Yay!
Changes
CAW: No longer rename directories or files when saving imported wrestlers.
CAW: Relabeled Height/Weight "Measure" to "Unit".
- CAWRemoved the "Save Number" from created wrestlers.
Content: Optimized memory usage by improving the lifecycle management of content pack asset bundles.
Logging: Changed how logfiles are organized to avoid information being distributed over different files.
As before, the ten most recent logfiles are archived in the [c]Logs[/c] directory.
The latest logfile is now always [c]Player.log[/c] and not yet contained in the archive. It will be moved there and renamed automatically once the game is started again.
Fixes
- CAWFixed infinite loading screen after editing imported wrestlers.
- CAWFixed infinite loading screen trying to edit a wrestler if their custom entrance theme was deleted on the file system.
Technical
Engine: Dropped support for custom asset bundles outside of content packs.
This was an ultimately unused system eventually superseded by content packs. Apart from possibly slightly better performance, its removal should have no visible effects. This changelog entry is merely for reference.
