Castle of Blackwater changes
Dear players,
Over the past few months, we’ve primarily been working behind the scenes on improving the overall experience of the game. Our main focus has been on quality of life improvements, addressing smaller frustrations, improving stability, and refining existing systems. While these changes may not always be immediately visible, they contribute to a smoother and more polished gameplay experience overall.
In addition, we’ve been developing new marketing strategies to help grow the community and bring the game to a wider audience. As part of these efforts, we’ve officially registered for Social Deduction Fest starting at July 13th, which we’re very excited about. It’s a great opportunity to showcase the game and connect with new players.
We also want to be transparent about our current situation. In order to keep the project sustainable long-term, we’ve had to downscale the team. As a result, development and updates may move a bit slower than before. This was a necessary step to ensure we can continue supporting and developing the game moving forward.
We truly appreciate your patience and continued support. Your enthusiasm and involvement mean a lot to us, and we remain committed to improving and expanding the experience.

Improved overall network synchronization in crowded lobbies
Fixed minor UI alignment issues on ultrawide resolutions
Addressed occasional input delay when interacting with tasks
Improved task interaction consistency
Fixed rare animation stutter when transitioning between areas
Adjusted spawn positioning to prevent overlapping players
Fixed an issue where sound effects would occasionally not trigger
Improved stability when alt-tabbing during gameplay
