addedTrick-or-Treat 2024 When the ghosts and ghouls start roaming the streets, you know what that means! Click on the candy icon next to the promo icon to see the trick-or-treat progress and get details on how to participate in this community-wide event. Participants that reach their goal and the community goal will receive a new limited edition Trick-or-Treat 2024 Trophy item!
addedFEATURE Group chats in the GoldFire toolbar can now be re-named by the group starter (enter the group chat, click the gear icon and type a name). UPDATE Private chat and group chats will no longer auto scroll to the bottom for new messages if you have scrolled back in the chat history. UPDATE Notifications for lots/casinos on your watch list now include the address rather than just the name. UPDATE Created a new monitoring system that will detect servers with issues and automatically replace them to help avoid downtime issues in the future. UPDATE Huge re-write of our server/database code in-game to improve performance and stability (this affects almost every area of the game). UPDATE Various updates to the server/database code with the toolbar/chat system for similar performance and stability gains. UPDATE Lots of other server optimizations to better stabilize and improve overall performance (especially when there's a lot of activity going on). UPDATE Upgraded to a newer back-end server version that includes performance and stability improvements. UPDATE Also upgraded to a much newer database version that includes further performance and stability improvements (basically, we've been focused on modernizing the whole server/back-end system from top to bottom). UPDATE Tweaked the color of buildings that are for sale in the mini-map to not look so close to your own buildings. FIX The person that started a group chat wouldn't always have the ability to remove people from the group chat. FIX Sometimes players on a chat ban would still have messages appear in event or trade chat. FIX Sometimes bomb party time slots would be blocked from being bid on when they shouldn't be. FIX Opening the real estate market listing for a casino by clicking the button on the mini-map now correctly shows the current high bid. FIX Syncing data between servers would sometimes be out of sync, which would cause unexpected issues such as duplicating slot tournaments, activities not starting correctly, etc.
