Casino Resort Tower changes
Just pushed a small patch addressing some maintenance and hiring issues from the last big update, along with a couple of other little tweaks and fixes.
Changed the base UI scale by -15%. (Note: If your UI scale looks off, you may need to readjust your UI scale setting, sorry about that!)
The hiring negotiations window now also shows the average salary you're currently paying for that role.
Fixed a bug where the Bargainer trait modifier wasn't showing in the candidate conversation box.
Fixed a bug where the willingness slider in the candidate negotiations window sometimes displayed an incorrect value.
Fixed a bug where candidates were accepting offers with a suspiciously low acceptance chance way too often.
Fixed a bug where candidates with the Bargainer trait were given too low an acceptance chance for base salary offers.
Fixed a bug where candidates with the Agreeable trait were given too high an acceptance chance for base salary offers.
Agreeable trait now gives +15 to a candidate's acceptance chance.
Bargainer trait now gives -15 to a candidate's acceptance chance.
A candidate's minimum hire willingness is now capped at 40, so it now starts somewhere between 40–100.
Lowered the chance of employees being smokers by 20% and customers by 10%.
Fixed an AI state info string that stayed on "Going home." after the employee had already arrived home.
Current mood is now kept as the last mood for 50% of the duration before being taken over by the dominant mood.
Extra maintenance decrease from crowdedness and item population reduced by 35%.
Employees now have a 50% higher chance of preferring an already researched item as their favorite break room item, compared to items that are unlocked but not yet researched.
Customers now only risk a low maintenance lawsuit when room maintenance drops below 2.
Instead of converting the 0–10 item maintenance range to a -10–10 room maintenance range, items can now go below 0 down to -10. Room maintenance is now just the average of all items, but items still break at 0.
Hotel rooms now have maintenance level thresholds for prestige levels.
Expanded NPC hiring and firing conversation dialogue pools with additional response variations across all states.
Fixed a bug where the maintenance system was using the old pre-EOTC crowdedness calculation when determining maintenance decrease.
Fixed a bug causing all hotel room guests to also use the minibar.
Fixed an issue where guests could throw trash into trash cans from far away.
Fixed a bug where Budget Hotel rooms were wrongly showing -10 for Maintenance, Cleanliness, and Security as a prestige level requirement.
