That issue pushed me into a deeper rework of the spawning system. It took about a week of focused work, but it was absolutely worth it. There’s a lot coming on the roadmap, and these kinds of “small but structural” fixes tend to pay off later by making future updates faster and safer to build.

  • Decreased the base HR document requirement for the first 50 employees during candidate search.

  • Fortune Wheel, Bingo, and Games max bet increased by ~30%.

  • Sports betting base price decreased by 25%.

  • Card games and dice games max bet increased by ~25%.

  • Walkway upgrade cost now increases slightly more after level 15.

  • Decreased the room budget multiplier effect on casino bets for Standard, Premium, and Luxury pricing.

  • Decreased lawsuit probability in the early game.

  • Increased table casino game playtime by 10%.

  • Decreased sports betting playtime by 10%.

  • Escalator research document requirement reduced by 20.

  • Decreased the car abandon rate of guests by 25%.

  • Decreased toilet paper usage by 20%.

  • Increased the required townsfolk relations for taxi and bus access by 10%.

  • Decreased the average bus price per age level by ~20%.

  • Basement wall price multiplier increased.

  • Increased guest wait time for a replacement dealer when one goes on break (×3).

  • Decreased the Gaming Room base ticket price by 25%.

  • Increased dining table cuisine service rooms usage tiem by ~15%.

  • Increased waiter dining table cleaning time by ~18%.

  • Increased Gaming Room playtime for Air Hockey, Arcade Machines, Boxing Arcade, and Pool Tables by ~20%.

  • Fixed an issue where business payment window prices did not sync correctly after paying via the bank menu.

  • Resolved a patrol route visual glitch when assigning routes to employees with no patrol rooms.

  • Fixed builders showing positive income instead of deductions, including the first two city covered builders.

  • Fixed people waiting for public transport vehicles that were under maintenance.

  • Fixed pathfinding incorrectly marking targets as unreachable after an elevator entrance was deleted instead of recalculating.

  • Resolved an issue causing some vehicles to become abandoned on load.

  • Fixed an elevator cabin not moving to another shaft after deleting the one beneath it.

  • Fixed employees standing still without entering idle mode when:

    • Policy is set to change at work

    • No changing room exists

    • No active work is available

  • Fixed people getting stuck in “waiting for elevator” state after deleting an entrance with no alternative path.

  • Fixed a bug causing some people to disappear when entering the resort zone.

  • Fixed some customer spending values not showing in the customer info menu.

  • Fully resolved the customer surge after load issue.

  • Fixed an old save issue (pre EOTC) where customers waiting for casino cashiers could get stuck after loading.

  • Fixed a bug causing resort to gradually lose attracted customer capacity after taxi usage, making the resort emptier over time.

  • Fixed CEO incorrectly claiming a tool cabinet instead of a janitorial cabinet.

  • Fixed item usage info showing 0 / -1 time for items without a defined total usage duration.

  • Fixed employees repeatedly entering and exiting elevator cabins in a loop.

  • Fixed taxi customers leaving the queue incorrectly after the first arrival.

  • Fixed taxi spawning and despawning multiple people at once from the queue.

  • Fixed vehicle owner info showing “James Philipps” instead of the actual company name (For those asking who James Philipps is, we honestly don’t know either. It became our in game lorem ipsum after being used as a placeholder for way too long ːcrt_Laughː)

  • Fixed a bus passenger loading issue that could block save loading entirely.

  • Fixed floor price multipliers not applying correctly when placing walls.

  • Fixed subway trains sometimes not returning after maintenance.

  • Fixed customers abandoning their cars too frequently.
