CarX Drift Racing Online 2 changes
What's up, drivers!
Development news for CarX Drift Racing Online 2 is here!
We have some exciting things to share with you today!
What We Are Working On Right Now
We are currently working on both a minor update and a major upcoming patch. Today we want to give you a behind-the-scenes look at our development process. Right now, we are designing the dashboard and interior details for one of the new cars coming in the next major update.
In addition, we are working on car window tinting/coloring and the second part of the Drift School, which will feature tasks focused on mastering the XDS system.
We also want to share some screenshots of a new location. Let us know in the comments if you’ve already guessed where this is!
Also in development are the tuning stand and the ability to change cars in the multiplayer. We will gradually share more development details in our upcoming issues.
Recent Updates
In recent patches, we updated the Alpha-test branch by releasing the long-awaited new physics alongside the livery editor, and added the Kyoto G86 with a special Time Attack setup to every player's garage.
Update 0.19.6 introduced a judge's decision screen after the TOP-32 in Career mode, a HUD hint for quick car repairs, and improved the stability of room sorting in multiplayer.
Furthermore, we fixed bugs related to infinite loading when connecting to multiplayer, the incorrect behavior of the DNF button, disappearing engine sounds, and many other minor issues.
