Carnival Hunt changes
Hunters and survivors, the gates of the cursed circus are open once again, inviting everyone not only to watch, but also to participate in an unforgettable and thrilling performance!
Steam PVP Fest
Carnival Hunt will be participating in Steam PVP Fest, which will take place from February 9-16 and will be available to everyone.
Invite your friends and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of horror, where you will have to pretend to be dead and be very quiet so that the circus monster does not tear you apart.
Early access for alpha and beta testers
For alpha and beta access holders, testing will start earlier, on 6th of Fabruary, and will last until the end of the festival.
What will be available during the tests?
A new center room have been added
Two additional connector rooms have been added
Amusement Hall has been reworked and optimized to make chases easier for the Hunter. And a new shortcut from the first floor to second floor has been added that opens on the second floor
Organ Hall has been improved and now includes a new passage from the second floor to third floor that opens on the third floor
The Panic state has been reworked once again. It is now harder to use this state for purposes other than preventing tunneling. The longer Panic lasts, the harder the rescue skill check becomes during a re-grab
In addition to requiring prolonged interaction to place the rope, Bunnies must now also hold the interaction button for a short time to use the rope
The trampoline placed inside the Ferris Wheel is now removed after 0.5 seconds
Several new custom traps have been added to combat cheaters, especially those using speed hacks
Using The Ticketman to climb to higher positions is no longer possible
At the start of the match, the Hunter receives tasks from the Puppet Master. Completing them guarantees a reward that does not depend on the match outcome
Bunnies have received a badge system. Badges are earned for actions that benefit the team. Regardless of the match result, a Bunny will receive rewards based on the number of unique badges obtained
Matchmaking has been improved to significantly reduce queue times for high-ranked players
The 2048 mini-game now saves progress
New gears added for the hunter and bunnies
In addition, many critical bugs, skips, and exploits have been fixed
