Stroll through the festivities, chat with locals, and keep your eyes peeled. VILE’s left clues scattered among the crowds, Not all clues bloom at the festival itself! Be sure to return to the ACME Files between missions, there may be more secrets hiding in plain sight. New Outfit: Complete the Hanami FestiVILE to permanently unlock Carmen’s Happi outfit in-game!
