This is caused by a third party library used when synchronizing audio with mouth movements for the Reaperman. To solve: Open the folder C:\Users\ \AppData\LocalLow\Odd Raven Studios\Carly and the Reaperman and find the file settings.ini . Open it up in notepad and find the line saying
